Speed Problem #8

I try snes9x2010_libretro.dll game is very fast i test 2 roms same problem. I changed target fps 10 it doesnt work.

sorry for the late reply. update speed should've been using libretro core framerate instead of unity framerate.

just pushed a potential fix.
