exec/gitrepo/t_tide_v1.3 and mfiles/mexec_v2: There should not be part of m_moorproc_toolbox. If there are scripts that now can't be found elsewhere they should be copied into the repo (to a directory with information on their source, but without replicating the whole other library). Otherwise we should look into ways to indicate which version (or commit, for a git-tracked library) of external libraries the code is known to be compatible with.
