Show tags (@ for users vs + for shows?) for easier putting on profile things and things

Is this not unlike referrals? there's a helper method somewhere filter_referrals. it's in some before_create filter on feedposts...not sure if that's relevant/helpful, but there it is

Yea but it's inefficient since it scans everything =P. Also these tags have tokenized autocomplete.
