The whole point of ambient music is how it fades in and out and a popup announcing every time it does kind of ruins the immersion. Please have it only display for actual music discs, or at least be configurable

The purpose of this mod is to show the user which song is playing, which purpose would be defeated by disabling it for background music, since Minecraft already shows the info for jukebox music.
