Error in coverage calculation #14

Reported coverage % seems way too high in this example:

The coverage % is actually correct because it's reporting the percentage of the insertion covered by the alignment. The issue is that the alignment has some big gaps in it. Simplest solution is to include the %identity with gaps (which is in the CSV file) in the viewer.
