i.e., which ALU subtype is it. Look into reusing this component from MELT.

v1.2.0 runs CALU/LINEU on full insertion sequence(s) (reverse complemented for reverse strand MEIs) and adds the full output to the CSV output. Remaining items to address:

[x] Allow filtering by ME_family (and subfamily?)
[x] Add diff summary/CALU info when MEI is expanded
[ ] Graphical summary of diffs? (which are always in forward strand)
[x] Install new version on GitHub Pages
