Create summary view based on CALU/LINEU diffs #20

Might be interesting to have a summary view in the viewer that groups MEIs by CALU/LINEU signature and shows them sorted in decreasing order of prevalence. e.g., there are 50 Alus with the signature "d5|a5g", and so on.

Not done yet, although there is a tab that highlights the discrepancies between the pipeline Smith-Waterman alignments and the internal Smith-Waterman alignment performed by cALU/LINEu.

filter_and_count_MEs.py now handles the task of merging loci with the same insertion sequence or, in the case of Alu/LINE1, the same cALU/LINEu signature.
