Add HTML output option. #3

Add HTML output option to avoid problems with line wrapping or font choice messing up the alignment of the MEI graphics. A bare minimum approach would be to wrap the whole thing in a PRE tag and replace "<" and ">" with the corresponding HTML entity.

Currently handled by html_ize.py wrapper script. Not clear that it needs to be part of the main program.
