Peter's uses his current ACAT/TOBII eyetracking solution in talk mode only (ACATTalkGaze) - i.e. he uses the same system to compose sentences to speak as he does to provide textual entries for use in Word Documents and Outlook Mail - these textual entries are manually read by Andrew and re-typed in (by Andrew) on a second machine which is running Word and Outlook Mail. This Epic relates to giving Peter the ability to drive Word and Outlook (along with other apps) directly without the manual transcribing step by Andrew. ACAT already offers a rundimentary ability to do this via its ACATApp facility and a basic test configuration was built and tested by Peter in 2020. Initial consideration should be given to reconfiguring Peter's ACAT host PC to use this feature in a raliable/usable/bombproof manner.
