With a view to not 'losing' anything currently being collection, steps need to be taken to:-
a) Identify all data currently being collected by the systems in use by Peter today (e.g. ACAT, TOBII, CereProc, Avatar plus other systems that Peter interacts with either directly or indirectly, such as Outlook as driven by Andrew during morning email sessions)
b) Create an understanding of how this data can be retained in such a way that it can be aggregated and analysed going forwards
c) Ensure that no data is deleted
In relation to this, whilst Peter is in principle OK for all data to be recorded/collected, he has a concern that data could be collected (such as Peter's words in relation to a third party) that may embaress other parties - this issue MUST be catered for so that content can be excluded/obfuscated to prevent this from happening.
