semver tags for Bower etc. #11

Small request: would you mind creating semver tags for new releases? For an example of what I mean, check out jQuery's tags list — front-end dependency managers like Bower use these tags instead of the package.json version number.

Sounds like a good idea! I've gone ahead and created a tag for 0.3.1 and did my best to also retroactively tag previous versions of the library.
