Create replacement strings for messages in appsettings #41

Add

For example:

"{botName}" - to be replaced with the bot's DisplayName
"{chatterName}" - to be replaced with the chatter's DisaplyName

Then, message text from appsettings.json can include these strings, which will be replaced before the bot sends out a chat message.

This should allow elimination of the Lurk and Unlurk command classes
