Added use of flexbox and improved general layout
Fixed issue with editor width not resizing with window (needed CSS: .monaco-editor {position: absolute})
Added resizable split pane for editor/results - uses a 3rd party component splitpanes
Added tabs for tabulated results, text results and message, with focus being set appropriately depending on results. The output is set for each tab by a 'watcher' on the result property
Added JSON formatting for text results where appropriate
Server edit/delete buttons are disabled if no server selected
Delete server now asks for confirmation
Changed default q query to one that will generate a table, for easier testing

Suggested next step is to improve the table format using Element UI table, which will enable sorting on columns etc.

I've fixed those minor observations and taken the liberty of some slight tweaks - removing unnecessary borders and making results area pale grey to distinguish it more clearly from the editor. Hope you're OK with these @ColinEberhardt
