Description

Handler communication should be displayed in an "SMS Notification".

Additional context

Handler communication includes both the starting mission info for each level (and sandbox), and messages for after completing the levels (excluding sandbox).

Questions:

When the user completes level 3, we show a modal which has buttons which allow the user to go to sandbox or stay on level 3. How do we keep this functionality with SMSs? Might be we don't need this anymore with the sandbox button always being shown in the header.
Sometimes in mission info we show dialog exchanges between multiple people. How do we show the same content with SMSs?
We also show content which isn't from a person, like the information about going to sandbox after level 3. How do we show that with SMSs?

Acceptance criteria

Ensure that colour contrast passes accessibility standards. Firefox is good at this. There's an accessibility tab in dev tools where you can see colour contrast warnings.

WHEN the user changes to a different level (including sandbox) THEN the SMS with the level's mission info is shown on the right panel

WHEN the user resets the level THEN the right panel is cleared except for the mission info SMS

WHEN the user completes a level (not sandbox) THEN a completion SMS is shown in the right panel

570 get wireframes for how this will look for each of the levels.

@dhinrichs-scottlogic Do we think this ticket is still valid? We would have wanted to see how it looked, to have an SMS containing the full level info, but maybe we stick with the Level Info box for now?

In either case, at 200% zoom levels we will have difficulty showing all the info, but screen estate is at a premium, so which is better.... We would need UX input, so if we get to it before end of March, maybe we can ask Mark for advice.
