When you win level 3, you get a pop up modal that congratulates you and tells you that you can stay here or move to the sandbox.
There is currently no way to bring that modal back up if you accidentally close it.
Let's find a way to change that.

Additional info
If this is done after the short mission info banner ticket, then a second button could be added to the banner, giving the user the option to look at the level 3 mission info as well as the "Congratulations" info again.
Acceptance criteria
GIVEN The user is on level 3
WHEN they crack the level
THEN the win modal comes up and a button appears somewhere that lets users reopen the win modal AND the level 3 mission info is also still bring-up-able
