Once users have completed all the levels, reveal the View Documents button in the levels and show the relevant documents in the document viewers. Add information about the level documents now being available in the win modal to let users know about this change.
Acceptance criteria
GIVEN users have completed the levels
WHEN they return to the previous level screens
THEN the View Documents button is visible and clicking on it brings up the documents for the respective level
GIVEN users have completed the levels
WHEN they read the "Congratulations" message in the win modal
THEN they are informed that the level documents are now available for view
