When adding MFA, show TOTP key #182

Currently it is displayed as either a QR code or a link which seems to be a full configuration for a TOTP client. When adding a TOTP in the Bitwarden browser extension I am only given a text box to enter the key (see image below), and it is unclear if the whole URL is the key, or just the secret=... part of the URL - which I would have to extract manually. It would be nice to show the key explictly (or mention the whole url is the key) to add to the TOTP client. Thanks!

FWIW: In Bitwarden you can simply copy that entire URL and paste as the "authenticator key" and Bitwarden will properly parse it and set up the TOTP.

But I agree that showing the key would also be good.
