Add support for clubs. This can just be a single Markdown file per club, with the contents giving a description of the club, and the frontmatter can include contact information, web site, and a list of aliases that may appear in results (e.g. Westerlands, Westies, Westerlands CCC). These aliases can then be used to normalise club names when processing the results, improving filtering. A set of pages summarising results by club could also be generated.
