Determine what Outputs to "Push" via API #655

Now that the data and parameters can be read by the API the next task is to work on the method for sending the results of the model run back to the server via the API.

[x] Determine what outputs are significant and so should be pushed.
[x] Work on the methods for sending the results via the API
[x] Create a "mock" run system for testing this.
