Attempt end to end run through of models using the data pipeline

If feasible it would be good to try a run through of as many models as possible using the data pipeline elements (even if data is not real etc). Please add specific tasks to this milestone if this can be attempted for your model.

Assigning to lead RSEs for awareness and to comment on whether there are existing plans (eg you could link to existing issues and add this milestone to them perhaps)

Please be aware that @mrow84 and @rtblackwell will be finishing their participation from the end of July so if there are questions for them do raise them soon.
