Clarify and Assign Proper Data Structure and File Naming Structure

With the data upload we have more space for naming of parameters/datasets in order to provide better description of what they contain. We need to determine and confirm the remote names (for example waifw has been expanded to contact-data/who_acquired_infection_from_whom on the registry) so that these final addresses of objects can be used within the retrieval via the API.

We also need to determine the final structure of all data sets, and adapt the code to follow.

• [ ] @thibaud-porphyre if when you have time you could go through the EERA namespace listings in the registry and state here any name changes you think are needed.
• [ ] @kzscisoft Re-add entries with these changes
• [ ] Determine what restructuring of datasets is needed, e.g. can tables combining values instead be stored in the same HDF5 as more than one table?
• [ ] Implement the above changes, update the code and API to read in the sources
