ScottishCovidResponse/Simulation.jl#75 has introduced a substantial clean up of the EpiParams, but there is still more work to do. Parameters controlling background demographics (births/death), virus generation and decay, as well as beta transmission params are input as a NamedTuple. This could be integrated further with the new data frames layout.
