Not all of the images are being displayed on the wheel. #20

I have Neon-BlastV1 theme loaded on Batocera v38 on the steam deck, but neon logos for Daphne, MAME, Coleco, Amiga CD32, 3DO, and Pygame are not being displayed in the "wheel" even though logos exist in the theme folder on the disk.

I figured it out. The names of the logos needed to be in lower case. Then, update gamelists.
