Issue #45 on Dining API should be implemented first.

we do need to crowdsource categories, etc. If we want to add advanced filters by cuisine, location, etc. to cmueats

Hello! I’m a student at Carnegie Mellon University in Qatar, and my team and I are working on a Software Engineering project for our course. We’re required to contribute to open-source projects, and this issue caught our attention.. it looks like a great fit for what we’re learning right now. Would it be alright if we took this on as part of our project? We’ll make sure to follow the contribution guidelines and do our best to add value to the project
