Added driver script that merges the three data sources #16

We now have a driver script that merges the three data sources into one file. Schedules and course descriptions are merged together, while FCEs are kept separate. Resolves #5.

One of the things that might be nice is to print something before prompting for a password, saying like "We never store your password."
