Utility that allows the display of any image cropped from an external image file (Bitmap images of type jpeg,png and bmp) into any sized image on the screen in any coordinate available to the display system.

Externalized the logging and mfdsettings configurations. Added schema… #35
… for the mfdsettings to assist end users with editing them. Revamped cropping, saving and siplaying the images. All unit tests pass. Deleted the current setup project.
