Utility that allows the display of any image cropped from an external image file (Bitmap images of type jpeg,png and bmp) into any sized image on the screen in any coordinate available to the display system.

As a user of MFDisplay I want to be able to install it with my specified defaults. #5
Specifically the FilePath of the MFDSettings should be specified before the application is run the first time to prevent it from crashing.
