Require seperate logs for patrols, individuals, GPS trackers, game log.
Things to log:
When members are added/removed from patrols
When trackers are assigned/unassigned to patrols
When patrols check in/out to a base and get points etc.
Individuals need status codes: enrolled, active, suspended, withdrawn (maybe not the best approach, but worth thinking on)
maybe also record current patrol allocation/listing on the member object
Consider of Django cache is useful here
