Support 'try again' #5

Create a new script that responds to try again. This should re-execute whatever the last command that scrappy issued. See the Scrappy !! for some ideas.

So do you want the exact same behavior as '!!'?

Basically. But would like to not have to address 'scrappy'. Just say try again
