heater is always required: cooler only setup #226

I may be screwing up the config, but I'm not sure how to set it up if I only have a cooler, and no heater. both heater/cooler say they get turned into an air conditioner.

ac_mode (Optional): Set the switch specified in the heater option to be treated as a heating/cooling device instead of a pure heating device. Should be a boolean (default: false).

I can't setup a config with just cooler, and no heater.

Please try setting ac_mode: true with your cooling entity as heater.
