Feature

Add the automated messages bookmarklet I made over at @scratch-tools

Additional context

It allows automated messages. IDK what else to say. LOL!

@Shluffy You might want to fix this so the bot only comments if it is a bug report...

https://github.com/scratch-tools/scripts/blob/master/automated_messages/bookmarklet.js is the main file. Then, this is just loaded into a bookmarklet in bookmarklet.txt.
