Add link to bookmarklets in index.html #171

Resolves #170 I've added a link to the bookmarklet page in index.html. I also changed the home link to "/". These changes should be made so people know where the bookmarklets are I have not tested this PR

as of the pr i just merged the projects page link has been changed to bookmarklets. however, this looks good and I will work on fixing some more things, but merge this as it also helps with not using the github link and instead uses a file thing link
