Change version number in package.json #16

The version number 0.1.2, if we follow semantic versioning, means the second patch of the first minor version. But, at the current state, we're not even in a minor version.

@locness3 Right. Feel free to change that- I don't know why that's in there.

I think more appropriate would be 0.0.0. I think I'll change to that
