Changes that have been made -

Made the about section relative, not absolute
Made paddings around the text based on the width and height of the window
Made font-size dependent of width of window
Edited the tagline (I only changed ONE word!)
Added a simple parallax effect
Linked the down button to the about section using this onclick="document.getElementById('about').scrollIntoView(true);" instead of href='#about'

Please let me know if this is ready for deployment

i think it makes sense to delete the responsive css design branch, what do u think @githubfan
