Add a section in user profile for projects loved #7885

Why this would be helpful

This would be useful as if we could their favorite projects, why not see their loved projects as well?

How this addon works

Just like the favorite projects section, add a loved projects section using projects from this link: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/all/{user}/loves.

In that case, we could have it fetched from "What i've been doing" section. Which should obviously be cached.
