Revert "Add decimal (#65)" #66

Reverts commit 151d4b9ce1f71137fc72aa384f607040e738696b because commit https://github.com/ScratchAddons/ScratchAddons/commit/f92161d1b3df26eedfc863e2a5b90d2d5b06194f was reverted by https://github.com/ScratchAddons/ScratchAddons/commit/2f3ced64eee71c19d2ce629106d1851b9236ff5d. This effectively yanks v1.21 of the schema, setting us back to v1.20.

Also, I pushed to the wrong branch on my fork, but it doesn't really matter.

Not sure if we want to go ahead and remove this from the schema yet because we might re-add it very soon.

Wait! https://github.com/ScratchAddons/ScratchAddons/pull/6791 proposed to re-add this setting type.

Done on https://github.com/ScratchAddons/manifest-schema/commit/5a9832a97855d37bf5947c6428464c5987e7be3b. I would agree to remove this to reflect the current state.
