Allow refreshing the folder every time around #137

This is for the usecase where, for example, you use a file synchronization tool or manual uploads for a photo slideshow. Simply put, this patch reloads the file list every time the slideshow comes to an end, allowing new random orders every time through and new files being recognized.

Closes #133.

Problems:

No localization. I don't speak those languages, and automatic translate is a danger zone.
Changes randomness behaviour. I think it's a good thing to shuffle every time through, but that's just me.
Reloads every time through. Could be seen as wasteful if you have an NFS mount somehow.

Possible problem: performance on the zeroth picture seems a little weirdly slower than the rest of the slides.

This is awesome! Thanks for pushing this one through. I'll merge it now and release it on the play store after a bit of tidy up I'm working on. I'll add a thank you note on the release notes everywhere that's visible.
