When I throw a fireball at a player, the player goes way too far and most of the time they can't recover from it. And fireballs / tnt don't break blocks even while enabled in config

Nothing that is an error is was listed for BW
config.txt shop.txt was config.yml and shop.yml but had to be changed to be txt for github
