[Feature]: NameTag, Initial equipment and Improvement of material acquisition #521

Feature description

  1. Add the function of setting the name on top of each player's head (such as based on team color or customization)
  2. Add the function to set the initial equipment and weapons for players in each wake up war game
  3. Add an option: allowing players to pick up materials such as iron and gold within the range of absorption
