Docs build failing #99

The latest docs builds are failing because we don't specify which version of Python to use when building the docs.

We can fix that by adding a .readthedocs.yaml file to the repo, which can specify the version of Python to use.

And as further proof, the Silently link is fixed: https://screenpy-docs.readthedocs.io/en/latest/cookbook.html#using-silently

... however the style changed. I think ReadTheDocs changed its default style...
