Rewrite this (Possibly V2?) #13

I don't think a full rewrite is necessary (or wanted). All the core functionality is there and it works. There is only a bug with retina displays that resides to be fixed. Regardless, I'll be willing to help out provided only limited work needs to be done.

@JeromSar As far as I remember (and the previously opened issues) there were a lot of problems with it.

I've actually got a rewrite of this mostly done and it seems to work, there's a few quirks but it works better than I remember of this version.
