Customer wants to be able to log in to their Dynatrace dashboards. This is a private site integrated with Okta.

@Eric-Screenly There is a pending tutorial article for Dynatrace awaiting review that addresses this issue. I've also added a javascript injector to the playground for logging into Dynatrace.
