Rolling then Restarting #111

Rolling and doing the restart command and then quickly leaving the start zone will grant the player the speed from the roll.

I doubt that I'll see this again. I tried reproducing too, but doesn't seem to work. The last instance where I say this happening was like 2 weeks ago. I'll re-open again with a video if it happens.
