PyCharm is based on the notion of project, and what should be open at the beginning is the project. That is, a directory. If you are using ScribesGit (you are) you have to open something like m2gi-idm-G19. This will create a '.idea' directory in this directory that you will reuse all over the classroom. If you have a .idea in CyberXXX it is best to remove it. The benefit of having only one project for a classroom is that you have to make these settings only once, not for every case studies (CyberXXX) Hope this help.
