fix: re-size images in `CONTRIBUTING.md` #83

There are various screenshots in our CONTRIBUTING file, which vary in size. These were quite large before, and I attempted to scale them down, but some are still distorted. Please re-size images where appropriate so the text and icons aren't stretched or squished.

Issue completed. This was confusing at first but I think I got it right.
