Ability to transfer demo user's content to real user #1039

Because it is now possible to log in from Ebook Space and the editor (this was not possible before Premium), whatever ebooks/contents the user has made, must be "transferred" to the real user's profile when the user logs in.

This is currently solved via a warning message to the user.
