Need "Upgrade to Pro" when reaching max number of books for Premium Users #1040

missing upgrade to pro option

@Abekonge @kkaassppaarr I guess an MVP solution for this is changing the "new book" icon to a "contact us" icon in this scenario?

yeah that would be a simple one ... "Upgrade to pro to make more books. Contact us"
