What should the default book design be? #1058

Currently it is Simple Color ... I would argue that we should use the Simple B/W as the default - black and white is a broader category - color designs are not optimal on e-ink readers for example. So I think the default should reflect a broad choice ... @kkaassppaarr what do you think?

Default styleset : Simple BW
