Alpha -> Beta #972

Implement/perform the necessary technical, i.e. non-communication/BIZ, tasks to move from alpha to beta, e.g. remove the "We're in alpha" banner from footer.

@allanmc @osj2507 @roxa0063 @Abekonge Can you think of anything else? The MailChimp/Mandrill (Allan, which one is it?) email templates will be handled by @sofieottsen (BIZ tasks pending - currently in this document).

alpha.scripler.com should redirect to beta.scripler.com and that should be the new "test" url.

@Abekonge, @allanmc and I talked about that from beta and onwards, we will just use scripler.com.

Which reminds me that we also need to order the CA signed certificate and install it on the server, right Allan?

Also, create new branch in Github and configure Strider.
