Make a design for our EULA / terms & conditions.

Add a hasAcceptedToS field to User.

Add text link in:

Front page, Contacts, below social icons
Payment modal (where exactly?)
Register bar: add a "I accept Terms of Service" checkbox and make it impossible to sign up without having checked it
Unisquare: add a "I accept Terms of Service" checkbox

Agreed with @allanmc and @Abekonge that this will be implemented as a frontend-only change and only added when registering the user.
